Appointments are given by phone or by email.
Cancellations and changes
Please cancel or change your appointment as soon as you realize you will not be able to make it so that another patient may benefit from an earlier consultation.
Sometimes, this could mean a lot to the patient and the people around them.
What to bring
When you come for your appointment, please bring along the following:
- Identity documents: i.e. HKID, Passport, Birth certificate (child).
- Referral letter from your GP, family physician or other doctor.
- insurance information,
- Medical Card / Company staff card,
- Lab reports, ultrasound, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans copies,
- List of your current medications and dosage.
If you have had surgery elsewhere, please bring a copy of your operation report.

We share your concern about the rising costs of medical care, our goal is to provide quality urologic health care services to our patients as efficiently as possible.
Charges incurred that are not covered by insurance carriers with whom we have contract with are due and payable at the time of service. Co-payments, deductibles and other personal balances must be paid upfront. We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard. Charges for elective surgical procedures not covered by insurance are to be paid at the time of service.
We file insurance claims only with those carriers with whom we have contract with. At the end of each visit, you will receive all the information necessary to file your insurance claim if you are covered by a private carrier.
If you have a question regarding insurance, our charges or billing policies, or your account, please ask our office staff and we will work with you to find the answer. Please understand that you are ultimately responsible for payment of fees charged for services rendered.
If you are covered by a managed care plan, please confirm your referral authorizations prior to each visit. If an authorization for your visit is not received prior to your visit, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment or settle the payment at the time of service.
